CloudMonitor Access Guide

CloudMonitor consists of two main components:


1. Admin App:

   

The Admin App serves as the central control center, enabling administrators to configure essential features such as Cost Groups and Virtual Tags. Cost Groups facilitate efficient organization of Azure resources, enhancing cost visualization and monitoring. Administrators can set up and manage Virtual Tags within the Azure environment, ensuring data consistency and streamlined resource identification.


Once you have received the URL of your admin app from the support helpdesk of CloudMonitor, you can follow below steps to access the admin app,


2. Power BI Report:

   

The Power BI Report serves as the user-facing frontend, offering intuitive interfaces and visualizations for monitoring cloud costs and consumption. Users access detailed insights and reports through the Power BI App, allowing them to track spending patterns, analyze cost trends, and make informed decisions regarding cloud resource utilization. Interactive dashboards and customizable reports enhance the user experience by providing actionable insights that facilitate cost optimization and financial accountability.


Once you have received the credentails of your Power BI app from the support helpdesk of CloudMonitor, you can follow below steps to access the Power BI app,
